Motherly Heart is only a few years old, being founded in 2023. We are surviving on very limited funds and the the good will of the people below. We are all volunteers dedicate to improving the lives of young people in Uganda.

Executive Director / Founder

She guides the strategic direction and growth of Motherly Heart Organisation, ensuring programs are impactful and sustainable. Through her leadership, she builds strong partnerships, empowers her team, and fosters a culture of innovation, all aimed at creating opportunities for children and adolescent girls in rural communities

VOLUNTEER

Auma Ruth

Literacy Ambassador

Auma Ruth is an educator with a background in nursery teaching. She is passionate about foundational learning and supports children in developing strong reading skills. As a Literacy Ambassador, she works to promote a love for reading and help children build the literacy skills they need to learn, grow, and thrive

Denis Nasichongi

Resource Mobiliser

Denis Nasichongi has a Bachelor’s degree in Adult and Community Education (Kyambogo University). He is adept in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), including data collection, reporting, and performance tracking to support evidence-based programming. Denis is particularly passionate about adolescent girls and young women empowerment

Nabwire Gift

 Literacy  Ambassador

She is currently pursuing a Diploma in Global Business Administration and is deeply passionate about gender equality. She actively contributes to Motherly Heart Organisation’s adolescent girls’ programs and guides children in the community to develop a love for reading, fostering both learning and empowerment.
